Directions for Use:
Gently squeeze your pillow releasing the calming smell of lavender then
Put lavender pillow over your eyes and feel your stress melt away!

Hot: Put in the microwave in 10 second increments (for about 30 seconds - do not overheat and use caution when removing from microwave)
Cold: Put in freezer one hour before using
Or use at Room Temp
